NORDPLUS INTENSIVE COURSE ON SUSTAINABLE TOURISM MANAGEMENT Lithuania/Lietuva April 12th-17th 2010 . The video.

ONCE upon a time I got up in the morning and I found a sock in my pocket. I was somewhere in the Lithuanian coast, sorrounded by people that were speaking strange languages, and that liked drinking sangria and singing Spanish songs for children. Naive Spanish songs that were speaking about sardinas, gatos and zapatos. There was also a funny and cool volcano somewhere in Niceland. And 3 Mexicanos with sombreros, margaritas and tortillas. And we shared beautiful moments beside the castle of Trakai, cooking saslikas, drinking sangria and beers and taking sauna together. And it was like living a kind of Utopia lost in the Republic of Uzupis. Where everybody has the right to be happy.Still I have the sock in my pocket...and i think that tomorrow I will go to the job with the sock. Somehow the sock will remember me about all the people and the experiences we shared together. It was in Lithuania in the framework of the Nordic Tourism-Education Network. A course focused on sustainable tourism where teachers and students were living together in a pedagogical community. Sharing ideas, homework, puppets, slides, beers, assignments...and good feelings.Thank you all of you guys and see you some day... somehow ...somewhere.Nordic Tourism Education Network: Sustainable Tourism Management. Intensive Course. April 12th-17th, 2010. Vilnius-Trakai-Rumsiskes-Kaunas-Klaipeda-Nida. Lithuania. Thanks Tore for the video!
